General Info
Yellow jaboticaba is a slow growing, multi-branched small tree. The tree is native to Brazil. It is quite ornamental with beautiful new growth which is joined together at first, but separates into 2 leaves as it grows.

10-20’+ but slow growing
Growing Conditions
Full sun or partial shade. Like other jaboticabas, it prefers lots of water.
Years to Fruit
There are claims of this tree fruiting in 2-3 years, but that has not been our experience at Real Sweet Farms with our mother tree well over 5 years old and yet to fruit.
Taste
The taste is said to be delicious, resembling apricot, though the fruits are small with large seeds.
